1965 Chevrolet C-10 Pickup Truck *CR*
ID# 111517
1965 Chevy C10 Long bed fleetside pickup truck. 99XXX miles.

Ruby red. Rebuilt 283 V8. Chrome valve covers, air cleaner. Custom tuned headers and dual exhaust. Tight Turbo 400 automatic transmission. Power steering, power brakes. Electronic ignition. New tires and battery. Original interior in excellent condition. Minor signs of age and wear to body and chrome. She's a "20 footer". Glass is perfect.

Door and window seals are newer. The beginnings of some surface rust noted on driver kick panel. Original wooden bed floor could use refinishing. Truck runs smoothly, steers well and stops straight. A few squeaks and rattles befitting a 55 year old truck. There is a small oil leak that I think is coming from a valve cover.

Everything works except e-brake needs adjusting and there is an intermittent right turn signal failure. I keep this in my garage most of the time although it has seen a little use in the five years I have owned it. I believe I have put less than 2000 miles on.snap-on bed cover. Drive as is or delve into a full restoration.

All West Coast vehicles that do not have wood as part of their manufacture (eg pickup truck with wooden bed or old vehicle with wood interior) and qualify for our pre-cleaning certification are guaranteed to pass Australia Quarantine upon entry. If they do not pass there will be NO additional cleaning costs charged to you.

The above price includes NATA Approved Asbestos Testing on all West Coast vehicles. If they test positive for asbestos only in the brakes, there will be an A$400 fee for the removal, installation of new brake pads and reinspection. The A$400 fee does not include the cost for the new brake pads. If asbestos is found elsewhere we will consult with you what options you have to move forward.

We are working on a similar solution for the East Coast vehicles.
